Practicing tax and accounting in Richmond for over 30 years. Randy is passionate and dedicated in assisting clients in achieving their business and personal goals in the often challenging and complex world of tax and finance.
Janet Tsai
Associate
Janet is our administrative manager and primary contact at the office. She is the friendly face that greets our clients,
whether in person, or over the phone and keeps our office running smoothly and efficiently.
Neil Ma, CPA, CFE, CAMS
Partner
Neil has a public practice and industry background and is experienced in tax, audit and all facets of public practice. He was admitted as a Partner of Bousfield & Associates, CPA's, in January 2022.
Neil obtained his CPA designation in 2020 and became a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist in 2021.
Neil Graduated from UBC with a BSc in Statistics in 2008 and a Masters of Management in 2009.
Outside of work, Neil is actively involved in the community and sits on the Boards of the following organizations: Hastings Sunrise Community Policing Centre; Society for Children and Youth of B.C.; Phoenix Vocal and Performing Society.
Neil is currently pursuing the in-depth tax program offered by CPA Canada and an advanced certificate in digital forensics and cybersecurity at BCIT.
